A Flamvell guardian who commands fire with his will. His magma-hot barrier protects his troops from intruders.Run 1-2 depending on the number of White Stone/Blue-Eyes you run.
Dragunity Corsesca

While this card is equipped as an Equip Card to a monster, if the equipped monster destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower monster with the same Type and Attribute as the equipped monster from your Deck to your hand.Run 0-1.
Card Trooper

Once per turn: You can choose a number from 1 to 3, then send that many cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard; this card gains 500 ATK for each card sent to the Graveyard this way, until the End Phase. When this card you control is destroyed and sent to your Graveyard: Draw 1 card.Run 1-2 depending on the number of Kuribandits you run. He sets up your Graveyard for Soul Charge and Dragon Ruler plays.

During the End Phase, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: You can Tribute this card; excavate the top 5 cards of your Deck, you can add 1 excavated Spell/Trap Card to your hand, also send the remaining cards to the Graveyard.Run 1-2 depending on the number of Card Troopers you run. Card Trooper and Kuribandit do different things, so it isn't really fair to compare the two. Because of this, there isn't really a set number for how you should run Trooper and Kuribandit as of now.
Mythic Water Dragon

If you control an EARTH monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Mythic Water Dragon" once per turn this way.I heard Felgrand is pretty good. Mythic Water is also a searchable Trade-In target when you need one. Note that you can special summon this guy when you control a Scrap Dragon, which can lead to very easy Rank 8 plays. Run 1-2

Mythic Tree Dragon

Once per turn: You can target 1 WATER Dragon-Type monster you control; this card's Level becomes the current Level of that monster.Mythic Tree is your Redox target. Note that he can make any Rank 7 with Tidal as well as make a Rank 8 with Mythic Water. However, Tree is really weak to effect negation, so be careful when you play him. Run 1.
Debris Dragon

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 monster with 500 or less ATK in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in face-up Attack Position. Its effects are negated. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster, except for the Synchro Summon of a Dragon-Type Synchro Monster. The other Synchro Material Monster(s) cannot be Level 4.Debris Dragon is essentially the 'Atlantean Dragoons' of Dragon Rulers. Run 1 copy.
Sacred Sword of Seven Stars

Discard 1 Level 8 monster; draw 2 cards.Simple card, gives you something to do with your dead Blue-Eyes and Mythic Water Dragons. Run 2-3, depending on the number of Blue-Eyes White Dragon you run.

Dragon Shrine

Send 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard, then, if that monster in your Graveyard is a Dragon-Type Normal Monster, you can send 1 more Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. Soul Charge

Target any number of monsters in your Graveyard; Special Summon them, and if you do, you lose 1000 Life Points for each monster Special Summoned by this effect. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this card. You can only activate 1 "Soul Charge" per turn.
I heard generic versions Rekindling are pretty good. Run 3.
Gold Sarcophagus

Banish 1 card from your Deck, face-up. During your second Standby Phase after this card's activation, add that card to your hand.
This card tutors for your Rulers while letting you plus. Run 1.
Upstart Goblin
