I'll edit when I get time.

Swap Frog (Swap)

You can discard 1 WATER monster to Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Summoned, you can select and send 1 Level 2 or lower Aqua-Type WATER monster from your Deck or your side of the field to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can return 1 monster you control to your hand to Normal Summon 1 "Frog" monster, except "Swap Frog" or "Frog the Jam", in addition to your Normal Summon or Set this turn.
Gets you to treeborn. Also some cool thing which involve bouncing monarchs from previous turns and re-summoning them. Run 3.

Treeborn Frog (Treeborn)

During your Standby Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard and you do not control a "Treeborn Frog": You can Special Summon this card. You must control no Spell/Trap Cards to activate and to resolve this effect.
Your main source of tribute fodder and the main reason this deck works. 2 is no longer an option because of Rhapsody, run 3.

Ronintoadin (Ronin)

This card's name is treated as "Des Frog" while face-up on the field. You can remove from play 1 "Frog" monster in your Graveyard, except "Frog the Jam", to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster.
Secondary source of fodder that uses dead Swaps and can make r2. Run 1 unless you play Dupe(s), in which case run 1-2.

Dupe Frog (Dupe)

This card's name is treated as "Des Frog" while it is face-up on the field. Your opponent cannot select another monster as an attack target. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can add 1 "Frog" monster except "Dupe Frog" or "Frog the Jam" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.
Gets you Swap which gets treeborn. Slow, and doesn't work if it's tributed for a tribute summon. Run 0 or 2-3, but probably outclassed by Mathematician.

Mathematician (Methman/Meth)

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can send one Level 4 or lower monster from your deck to the graveyard. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can draw 1 card.
Basically another Swap, get you treeborn and we like treeborn. Run 0-3, based on your desire to get treeborn yarded vs dead draws. Note that if drawn later, it can send another copy of itself.

Caius the Shadow Monarch (Caius)

When this card is Tribute Summoned: Target 1 card on the field; banish that target, and if you do, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent if it is a DARK monster.
Run 3.

Raiza the Storm Monarch (Raiza)

When this card is Tribute Summoned: Target 1 card on the field; place that target on top of the Deck.
Slightly worse than Caius in some respects, but still very good. Run 2-3

Mobius the Mega Monarch (M.Mob)

You can Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 Tribute Summoned monster. When this card is Tribute Summoned: You can target up to 3 Spell/Trap Cards on the field; destroy those targets. If this card was Tribute Summoned by Tributing a WATER monster, add this additional effect.
● Your opponent cannot activate the targeted cards in response to this effect's activation.
Annihilates backrow. Run 2-3, depending on how many LaDD/Mega Raiza you run.

Light and Darkness Dragon (LaDD)

Cannot be Special Summoned. While face-up on the field, this card is also DARK-Attribute. Once per Chain, during either player's turn, when a Spell Card, Trap Card, or monster effect is activated: This card loses exactly 500 ATK and DEF and that activation is negated. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: Target 1 monster in your Graveyard (if possible); destroy all cards you control, also Special Summon that monster (if any).
Used to be the main boss, but with BTS being played en masse, it's lost quite a bit of power. Run 0-2, with no more than 5 between your double tributes.

Vanity's Fiend (Vanity's)

This card cannot be Special Summoned. While this card is on the field, neither player can Special Summon monsters.
Similar to LaDD, used to be incredible but has lost out to the card below. Run 0-2 between your main and side, with Majesty's being preferred if you can get hold of them.

Majesty's Fiend (Majesty's)

Cannot be Special Summoned. Monster effects cannot be activated.
Your floodgate. Run 0-2 between the main and side.

The Monarchs Stormforth (TMSF)

Once during this turn, if you would Tribute a monster(s) you control for a Tribute Summon, you can Tribute 1 monster your opponent controls as if you controlled it. You can only activate 1 "The Monarchs Stormforth" per turn. During the turn you activate this card, you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck.

Soul Exchange (SE)

Target 1 monster your opponent controls; this turn, if you Tribute a monster, you must Tribute that monster, as if you controlled it. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this card.

Enemy Controller (E-con)

Activate 1 of these effects.
● Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; change that target's battle positions.
● Tribute 1 monster, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; take control of that target until the End Phase.

Gorz the Emissary of Darkness (Gorz)

When you take damage from a card your opponent controls: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You must control no cards to activate and to resolve this effect. When Special Summoned this way, activate the appropriate effect, based on the type of damage.
● Battle Damage: Special Summon 1 "Emissary of Darkness Token" (Fairy-Type/LIGHT/Level 7/ATK ?/DEF ?). Its ATK and DEF are each equal to the amount of Battle Damage you took.
● Effect Damage: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the amount of damage you took.

Battle Fader (Fader)

When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, then end the Battle Phase. If this card is Special Summoned with this effect, banish it when it leaves the field.

Ghostick Jackfrost (Frost/Jackfrost)

Cannot be Normal Summoned, unless you control a "Ghostrick" monster. Once per turn: You can change this card to face-down Defense Position. When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack: You can change that opponent's monster to face-down Defense Position, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your hand in face-down Defense Position.
